Atlanta International Fashion Week

Atlanta is best known as a music Mecca and home to several film and TV moguls. With one of the top 10 retail markets in the country, now is the time for the emergence of the fashion industry in this great city and the Atlanta International Fashion Week has its finger on the pulse. Atlanta harbors some the biggest names in entertainment such as Justin Bieber, Usher, Tyler Perry, and Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. Atlanta International Fashion Week is the agent at the forefront of establishing Atlanta’s fashion industry on a global platform. AIFW aims to dominate every area of the industry and become an international hub for arts, culture and entertainment.  

Fashion is more than just the clothes on one’s back. It is a movement, a feeling and an expression. The proclaimed Atlanta International Fashion Week is bridging the gap and connecting continents through fashion. AIFW fosters established and up-and-coming designers through numerous industry and networking events such as Fashion Lives Here, a fashion awareness program created to generate international attention to Atlanta’s vibrant retail market and arts community. In addition, Tour de Atlanta is a five-day adventure through Atlanta's premier locations, highlighting the retail, art, cultural communities, and tourist attractions. AIFW is also committed to contributing to several nonprofit organizations that are geared towards helping fight the global Aids epidemic and support our youth. AIFW has featured the catwalk favorites of White House Black Market, Roberto Cavalli, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, Juicy Couture, Rock & Republic, Sean John, Ed Hardy, Dereon, True Religion and past international partners such as the World Fashion Channel, Comcast, Mercedes Benz, Paul Mitchell, Revlon, W Hotel along with celebrity appearances by Kim Kardashian, Sean “P. AIFW has goals to grow the vitality of the Atlanta Arts community and maintain international relations by contributing to global economic development.
