You have what it takes to save a life. It is already inside you.

You have what it takes to save a life.
It is already inside you.

The University of Colorado at Boulder Staff Council

is hosting a blood drive.
We invite you to participate.
Will you help save lives and donate blood?
Donate blood on campus: 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Jan. 30 – Jan 31, 2012 UMC Rooms 382-386

Feb. 8 – Feb. 9, 2012 UMC Rooms 382-386

Schedule a convenient time to donate blood.
Online:
Visit www.bonfils.org.
Add reference site code 0248
when searching for donation location.
By phone:
Call Bonfils Appointment Center at
303-363-2300 to schedule an appointment.

You might think that Bonfils has enough blood
donor support to maintain the blood supply,
but in fact, the need for blood is constant.
Bonfils Blood Center needs thousands of blood
donors each week to meet Colorado's needs and
to be prepared for unexpected events.
All blood types are needed and we welcome
new blood donors to join the Bonfils family.
For more information about Bonfils Blood Center,
visit www.bonfils.org.
For general information about blood donor eligibility,
visit http://www.bonfils.org/donate_blood/eligibility/
For phone questions, call Bonfils' Donor Relations
department at 303-363-2202 or 800-365-0006, option 1.
Did you know there is another way you can save lives?
Each year thousands of people are diagnosed with diseases
like leukemia and lymphoma for which a stem cell or marrow
transplant could be the only cure.
About 70 percent of these people are unable to find a donor
match within their family and must search for an unrelated
donor on the Be The Match® Registry.
Join the registry through Bonfils' Colorado Marrow Donor
Program. It's easy and saves lives.
For more information, visit www.bonfils.org,
http://www.bonfils.org/about_donating/colorado_marrow_donor_program/,
or call 800-619-1099 or 303-363-2345.

Thank you for passing this on to
friends, colleagues and students.

Best wishes,
UCB Staff Council
